Today our CEO, Oliver Prill, has written this open letter to all Tide members:
Dear Tide Members,
In recent days, it has become clear that the coronavirus pandemic is not only a public health crisis, but that it will impact small and medium-sized businesses with unprecedented ferocity.
At Tide, every one of us is committed to supporting you, our members. I’m writing to let you know how we’ll work to help you practically to navigate the challenging weeks and months ahead:

Amid so much media coverage including speculation, misinformation and myths, we’re sifting through the news and talking to experts to post reliable and accurate information for you. Our updates and guidance is especially for you as a small business owner, contractor, freelancer or sole-trader. Recent posts include:

Our Tideans – our name for our employees – are also affected by this unprecedented public health crisis. They’re rising to the challenge and I know they’ll do their best to serve you. Please forgive us if at times we’re busy dealing with so many queries that there’s a delay in our response times. As you can understand, many members have questions or concerns and we’re helping everyone as swiftly as we can.
We’re grateful for your trust in Tide. This motivates me and all the Tideans every day. Please be assured that we’ll do our best to support you and your business during this crisis.
