Meet Felicity, from our Member Support team

We’re proud to offer our members support seven days a week and we think it’s important that you get to know the incredible people who are on hand to help! We’re putting them in the spotlight through our “Keep calm and ask…” series. Felicity is up first!

Typical working day:

I’m usually up at about 7:30 but in the winter it’s more like 7:50. I’ll make a coffee at home or once I get to the office. When I get in, Emma (another member of the Help team) always says hello – some of the crew have been in the office since 8am! I work on anything that needs urgent attention first and will later head to Leather Lane market for lunch with someone from the office. My afternoons are filled with a lot of typing and chatting with the team. There is never a dull moment. I leave the office between 6:30pm and 8pm.

Most unexpected query from a Tide Member so far?

We recently received a fantastic email which asked nothing but “Is Tide tested on animals?”…I think someone got the wrong Tide.

Favourite desk snack?

Everyone else’s snacks. Luckily people at Tide don’t mind sharing…

When you’re not at Tide, what’s your favourite thing to do?

Brunch around London. My favourite spots include The Dayrooms Cafe in Notting Hill and Timmy Green in Victoria. I also love a good weekend away. Paris is always classic choice but for something closer to home and by the seaside Whitstable is great.
