Your Team

As an Events & Stores Manager at Tide (fondly referred to as a Tidean, a mighty challenger of the banking world) you’ll join an ambitious team of highly motivated, talented Tideans who love to collaborate, and are driven by helping people achieve their business ambitions. As part of this team, you will be working on:

  • Managing and developing store concept strategies
  • Plan and organise Tide branded events, participation in industry shows and expos, seasonal stands/mini-stores and all other ‘physical channel’ sign-up opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, kyc and other teams to meet business objectives
  • Track and measure results on a regular basis
  • Proven events management experience in various fast-moving environments
  • Demonstrate knowledge of b2b/servicing/retail industry
  • Previous retail operations experience in a plus
  • Be teamwork-oriented with the ability to lead/work in a goal-driven environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with potential members, teams, senior management
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events

  • You’re okay with ambiguity, and enjoy working in a complex, technical industry

The highly desirables:

  • 3+ years events marketing, event management and retail operations experience
