Your Team

As an IT Support Analyst at Tide (fondly referred to as a Tidean, a mighty challenger of the banking world) you’ll join an ambitious team of highly motivated, talented Tideans who love to collaborate, and are driven by helping people achieve their business ambitions. As part of this team, you’ll work closely with our business and technology teams to fulfil IT solutions across our international offices. You’ll ensure on-boarding and off-boarding is fast, reliable and secure. You’ll investigate network and infrastructure issues, facilitate escalations and suggest workarounds.

About the Tech

The infrastructure team’s responsibilities are to manage the LAN and WAN requirements of the business. Support the Platform and the users of all the departments in the company. You’ll help the business to deliver the best possible experience to our members by enabling them to work with flexibility in a secure way. Some of the projects in the pipeline are implementing and managing ID Management (Okta), Active Directory and our Apple Mac infrastructure (JAMF).

About You

If you have that along with the following experience, we’d love to hear from you.

The non-negotiables:

  • Experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure such as Windows, Apple Mac
  • Experience of working with web solutions
  • Customer focused providing excellent service to technical and non technical teams

The highly desirables:

  • Microsoft or Apple MAC certification
  • Documenting processes, policies and procedures along with System changes
  • Experience of Windows (Active Directory) and Macs (e.g. JAMF), and experience with Linux operating systems
