About You
 
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for the training of our onboarding team. The team that engages with the prospective customers to convert them to Tide members. You will be required to train them on the sales methodologies and impart the necessary knowledge required to close a lead. 

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing & implementing the training programs across teams, ensuring consistency and a high level of efficiency. 

Some of the things you’ll be doing:
  • Designing the engaging training materials our sales process
  • Providing training to both NHT batches and the existing team
  • Designing a training & certification program for the NHT batches and maintain a high throughput
  • Developing content using different mediums/ tools like Videos, Presentations, Quizzes, Seminars, etc. 
  • Being the subject matter expert on member onboarding and related processes
  • Being the subject matter expert, providing ongoing training and continuous knowledge sharing with the team
  • Keeping yourself abreast about the latest changes in the onboarding process/ policies and implementation of knowledge of the same with the team at an operational level
  • Helping Onboarding Lead with documentation of the processes and create wiki pages
  • Working with Product Owners to build automation and system improvements & operational efficiencies

You’ll be a great fit if:
  • You have more than 6 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience with training a sales process
  • You are aware of the sales methodologies and have trained people on financial products in past
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to work with and influence different stakeholders
  • You have a knowledge of MS-Office, Excel, Dashboards/ MIS, G-Suite & PowerPoint
  • You have exceptional Presentation Skills
  • You have to develop an engaging training program and content
  • You are aware of content development using different mediums/ tools like Videos, Presentations, Quizzes, Seminars, etc. 
  • You have to monitor a training programs efficacy and efficiency
  • You have to identify the training needs, address the learning issues, instruction problems, or new training needs regarding specific employee or Team 
  • You have to design a training & certification program for the NHT batches and maintain a high throughput

A note on the future of work at Tide:

Tide’s offices are beginning to open for Tideans to return on a voluntary basis. Timelines for reopening will be unique for each region and will be based on region-specific guidelines.
