About You

You’re an information security advocate, with a great eye for information security risk reduction and continual improvement opportunities through culture and awareness. If fast-paced environments, cross-team exposure, inquisitive freedom and the ability to have a real impact on a rapidly growing scale-up appeal to you, then you already have the mind of a Tidean. You’ll join an ambitious team of highly motivated security specialists who interface with all areas of the business in order to drive down information security risk at Tide, whether it is technical, procedural or cultural. 

You’ll be entrepreneurial and an expert within information security awareness, someone who is very familiar with the dynamics of security culture advocacy. A unique role, you’ll be able to bring the vision to life whilst playing a leading role within Tide’s security team. Working alongside experienced security professionals and hand-in-hand with senior developers, data scientists, designers, and marketers to research, build and improve the security culture at Tide. 

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and independently defining the strategy and vision for Tide’s Security Culture & Awareness program

  • Creating and nurturing a Security Culture throughout Tide

  • Creating & curating Tide’s Information Security material

  • Reporting Culture Awareness metrics and key risks to senior management

  • Owning all operational aspects involved in working with LMS solutions and Awareness tooling

  • Working within the bounds of Tide’s ISMS (ISO 27001) to continually improve the way Tide manages Information Security risk

  • Liaising with teams across the business to identify information security culture gaps and opportunities for improvement

  • Assessing trends, understanding behaviour, testing hypotheses with data analysis

  • Managing the end-to-end execution of the culture lifecycle

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You’ve spent at least three years at a business with a passion for continual security improvement

  • You’re organised, pragmatic and capable of creating change; we’re after someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and remove any blockers that might be on the critical path to improvement

  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch

  • You can collaborate in a cross-functional manner

  • You have some technical knowledge and experience in the world of Information Security

  • Have a passion for Information Security and driving a security culture

  • You’re not afraid of techies
