As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will build and maintain key acquisition campaigns such as activation, retargeting, lead generation and conversion. You’ll work closely with rest of the acquisition and Product team to deliver world class digital marketing experience. You’ll also be responsible for managing website content, both strategic and daily updates, as well as developing and executing SEO/SEM strategies. Through the gathering of data the requirements will change as we learn from how our campaigns perform, and adapt quickly, learning by doing. We are a small team of highly capable people who believe passionately in the problem we are solving, collaborating closely with direct feedback, and encouraging action over deliberation.
You’ll be entrepreneurial and an expert within a marketplace business, someone who is very familiar with the dynamics of marketplace platforms. You’ll also have the seniority and experience to build a team. A unique role, you’ll be able to bring the vision to life whilst playing a leading role within Tide’s product team. Working alongside experienced product professionals and hand-in-hand with senior developers, data scientists, designers, and marketers to research, build, ship and improve the product.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
Building out digital brand focused on SMEs
Being part of new age fintech product
Managing campaigns – day-to-day campaign planning, creation and execution
Evaluating content production options and deliver recommendations for ongoing campaigns as well as test-and-learn initiatives
Working closely with other media functions to make integration and optimization decisions
Defining requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy
Performing keyword research aligned to objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
Providing SEO analysis and recommendations, execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals
Developing and implementing link building campaigns
Implementing and administering Technical search engine programs (XML sitemaps, schema, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
Monitoring and evaluating search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
Developing, monitoring and evaluating web analytics dashboards and reports
Working with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns

You’ll be a great fit if:
You will have a core competency in SEO (and probably SEM), campaign & content planning, content production and copywriting
You have experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments
You are able to use data in innovative ways and draw insight from analytics to help drive business performance
You have spent time on delivering integrated, strategic campaigns across a number of channels and have views on their different requirements
You are comfortable with a wide range of digital and traditional channels
You have experience with testing across creatives, messaging, audiences
You are Data-driven, and have measurement implementation experience and knowledge
You are familiar with web analytics and measuring campaign success in different ways
You are comfortable with Analytics – reporting and optimization, including analysis of CPA and ROI of activity
You have an understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
You are hands-on with Photoshop yourself or are comfortable working with designers
You have Marketing experience both on client-side and agency-side (ideal)
You have experience with data-driven segmentation, targeting and a/b testing, Google Analytics, MOZ, Looker
You have experience in SEM / PPC / Adwords / Google Ads

A note on the future of work at Tide:
Tide’s offices are beginning to open for Tideans to return on a voluntary basis. Timelines for reopening will be unique for each region and will be based on region-specific guidelines.
