We are looking for a 'jack-of-all-trades' who will join as a critical part of our team to help meet growing business needs and support our ambitious expansion plans.

As Legal Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work on a number of legal initiatives in the commercial, corporate, marketing and intellectual property areas in a cross-jurisdictional context. You will be able to lend your skills to a number of business areas across Tide with regular exposure to senior business stakeholders. Legal degree and contract review experience is a must.

We are a close-knit team of seven lawyers based in London and Sofia. We are one of the most cross-functional teams in the company, helping Tideans accomplish their goals, grow the company and stay compliant.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a number of legal initiatives in the commercial, corporate, marketing and intellectual property areas.
  • Helping launch innovative products and services.
  • Reviewing and negotiating a variety of partnership and vendor agreements.
  • Helping design and implement scalable internal processes and procedures to ensure that we’re setting and exceeding internal stakeholder SLAs.
  • Interpreting and communicating complex legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Marketing content review.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc litigation and employment matters.
  • Collaborating with teams across the company to help achieve company-wide goals.

A note on the future of work at Tide:
Tide’s offices are beginning to open for Tideans to return on a voluntary basis. Timelines for reopening will be unique for each region and will be based on region-specific guidelines. The health and well-being of Tideans and candidates is our primary concern, therefore, for the foreseeable future, we have transitioned all interviews and onboarding to be conducted via Zoom.

Once offices are fully open, Tideans will be able to choose to work from the office or remotely, with the requirement that they visit the office or participate in face-to-face team activities several times per month.
