ABOUT THE TEAM

Tide has ambitious hiring plans to support its growth trajectory, launch new products, and expand into new markets. As a result, talent acquisition is a top priority, and we are committed to building a world-class team.

Our Talent Acquisition team is a diverse group of full-cycle Recruiters based across the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, and India. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the recruitment process, ensuring that no two days are the same.

To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. This position offers significant freedom to create, innovate, and make a meaningful impact on how Tide attracts top talent. 

AS A SENIOR RECRUITER YOU WILL:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Marketing and Operations roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and nurture top talent across various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ strengths and development areas, mitigate bias, and provide expert guidance to hiring managers on hiring decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Analyse pipeline data, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights to refine sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, effectively managing expectations and fostering collaboration, even in ambiguous or fast-changing scenarios.
  • Help us hire exceptional talent while enjoying the journey. Recruiting is both challenging and rewarding, and you'll play a vital role in empowering small businesses globally.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
  • A proven track record of hiring top-tier Marketing, Sales, and Operations talent.
  • Experience working in high-growth, scale-up environments.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the commercial talent landscape.
  • Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent through multiple channels, such as LinkedIn, professional groups, and events.
  • The ability to build and sustain robust recruitment pipelines, enabling accurate hiring forecasts.
  • A demonstrated ability to consistently meet hiring targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and delivering outstanding service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and guide hiring managers toward the best decisions for Tide.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to inform hiring strategies.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and a never-give-up attitude when facing challenges or adversity.
  • German language knowledge is a strong plus.
