(Internal Job Title :Senior Partnerships Associate)

About You Responsibilities:

Play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships locally and across the region. You will need to be proactive and passionate, capable of generating your own sales leads as well as rapidly converting centrally driven inquiries. The main product you will handle is Team Expense Cards and Expense Management.

  • Achieve business KPIs through cross-departmental collaboration, team management, and relationship management skills.
  • Manage partnerships, scale them, and be accountable for business delivery from each of the partners.
  • Maintain all aspects of partnership go-to-market strategies, ensuring that both parties meet their respective timelines before, during, and after launch.
  • Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth and revenue.
  • Implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, and develop outbound and inbound campaigns.
  • Regularly monitor portfolio quality along with risk and analytics, and take proactive corrective steps.
  • Ensure end-to-end implementation of initiatives, maintaining coherence among all stakeholders for timely delivery of goals and achieving impact outcomes.
  • Validate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and sales completed by the team.
  • Demonstrate rigor in operational effectiveness, excellence in execution, new product/market entry, and client acquisition through to onboarding and servicing.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • This role requires selling and developing business partnerships at the local and regional levels across the country.
  • Be proactive and passionate, capable of generating your own sales leads as well as rapidly converting centrally driven inquiries.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a business with a payments or Fintech focus (preferably in Expense Management applications) in a partnership or business development role.
  • An overall work experience of 6 years.
  • Demonstrable experience with business systems and processes is essential.
