The Global Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all recruitment and employer branding efforts at Tide. The team is spread out across all of our key locations (London, Sofia, Hyderabad, Delhi) and more!

About the Role
As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in sourcing top talent and supporting the overall recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across India, the UK, and Europe, ensuring we attract world-class technical professionals aligned with our company culture. By employing various sourcing techniques, you'll build a robust talent pipeline and continually enhance our candidate attraction processes.
In this role you will:
- Source potential candidates using social media, professional networks, and other effective channels, leveraging job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
- Conduct proactive candidate searches, screen and evaluate potential hires, conduct initial interviews, and establish long-term relationships with passive candidates.
- Analyze sourcing data and market trends to optimize processes and predict future workforce needs; manage candidate pipelines within our applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on industry best practices and evolving organizational needs.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technical sourcing, with expertise in innovative sourcing techniques.
- Experience sourcing for roles in Product & Engineering, especially Backend, Frontend, Product Managers, and Designers.
- A basic understanding of development skills such as Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, Angular, Flutter, UI/UX, etc.
- A passion for technology, staying current with industry trends, and utilising innovative tools for sourcing and recruitment.
- Familiarity with the challenges of tech hiring and the ability to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Experience using tools and platforms like LinkedIn, job boards (e.g., naukri.com), and engaging with candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub).
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with measurable success in both hiring numbers and quality.
- Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, leveraging data-driven solutions to solve problems.
