Customer Service re Joint Accounts

Business partner and I having issues re the lack of joint account functionality. Searched around and Tide was one of the only app-based businesses accounts that allowed dual owner businesses. Now after setting up we discover it’s a single-owner account - only one of us can manage cards, access the app, etc. Which is pretty useless.

Yes, assumption is an ass and I/we should have checked the T&Cs to see that this wasn’t possible. But we don’t need to be treated like imbeciles and basically told ‘tough titties’ by the CS team.

That’s how you go about losing customers before you get established. Anyone from Tide wish to comment on why we shouldn’t take our custom elsewhere. Functionality aside, not a great experience.
