Hi,

Is the Tide app going to be updated to support the iPhone X and Face ID?

Surely it more important to get banking feature like Standing Orders first!?

I am currently not able to use Tide with the iPhone X. It crashes as soon as it opens.

Hi @Frankiejr,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. While our app is not yet optimised for the iPhone X, the issue you are experiencing does not appear to be related to the device.

Our next app update should include a fix for this issue. In the meanwhile, if you delete the app and re-download it from the App Store on your device (search for “Tide Business”) you should no longer experience this issue. You will, however, need to go through our account recovery process to access your account. Make sure you have your ID to hand and use the same email address you initially used when setting up your account.

@TJames, thanks for your question. Optimising our app for the iPhone X is on our roadmap but we are unable to provide an exact timeline just yet. Stay tuned!

Has there been any progress on this? It should be a fairly straightforward task but with noticeable improvements (the black bars on top/bottom are rather ugly when using Tide on iPhone X)

For These Two errors and iTunes stopped working on iPhones and Touchpad not working, you can contact iPhone support number for all other errors.
