Scanner not working in App

Hello,

I have been trying to scan my identification using your app now for some time. I have tried both passport and driving licence, have changed the settings on my camera to see if this makes a difference, ensured there is plenty of light and no glare, changed rooms, tried with flash both on and off and it just doesn’t work.

I am using a Samsung 8, OS Android 7.0

I have emailed into your support email too, attaching a PNG copy of my passport. Please can you let me know if there is an alternative way to complete set up of my account, as in the android app it won’t let you progress anywhere unless this step is completed.
