Sole trader or business account - multiple access

Hi there

I’ve just set up an account with you for a not-for-profit organisation that I co-run. I need to set up a second Tide card, and account access/viewing access for my business partner.

So two questions:
Where/how can I find out if our account is a sole trader account or a business account?
How do I set up the second card and viewing access?

Hi @IOI,

You can message the team in the app and they’ll tell you what account you hold.

You can only give team cards if you hold a limited business account. I’ve posted a link to the blog post here:

In terms of read only access you just need to log into Tide on the web to do this:
