Hello members!

Please be aware that during the holiday period our Member Support team’s availability will be reduced so it may take a little longer to answer any queries.

  • We’ll be closed on the 25th of December and the 1st of January

  • Between the 26th and 27th of December you may experience longer waiting times when you send us a message and some matters will have to be resolved after 27 December.

Please also note that instead of 8am to 8pm, a scaled back team will be working from 9am to 6pm.
