How can Tide member customers dispute an unauthorized SEPA Direct Debit?

If your customers notice an unauthorized SEPA Direct Debit, they  should contact their  bank immediately to request a refund. For SEPA Core Direct Debits, a refund can be requested within  eight weeks without reasoning  and up to 13 months for unauthorized transactions.
