What happens if I fail to pay for the subscription? Is there a grace period?

Tide attempts to charge members on the 1st of every month. If the PPI account has insufficient balance, we continue retrying the billing attempts until the end of the month.

There is a 14‑day grace period during which we retry the payment every 24 hours. If the payment is still unsuccessful after the grace period, the subscription will be cancelled at the end of the month.
