How will I be billed?

If you’re registering a domain name while incorporating your company through Tide, we’ll ask you to provide card details – and once we accept your application, we’ll charge that card. If we’re not able to collect payment, we’ll send you a reminder email so we can collect the funds and register the domain for you. If you need to update your payment details, you can do this in Tide on the web.

For future domain name renewals, we’ll automatically charge you using your saved card details. 

If you’re registering a domain name through Startup Hub after signing in to your Tide account, your payment will take place through Stripe. You’ll need to provide your card details, and you’ll pay for the domain registration immediately. Your domain name will be assigned to you within a few minutes
