You can reduce the possibility of payment problems by making sure you provide the exact name of your company as it appears on your account.

Nicknames or shortened names may lead to ‘Partial Matches’ or ‘No Matches’. You can see your account name in the Tide app by tapping on your initials, then ‘Profile’ and scrolling down to your ‘Business Details’ where you’ll see your ‘Company name’.
