Earn cashback with Tide Max

Looking for ways to get some extra money into your company's cashflow?

Available exclusively to Tide Max members, cashback allows you to earn a percentage of the amount you spend with your Tide card, on a monthly basis.

Cashbacks made simple

Earn 0.5% cashback with your Tide Max plan on all eligible card purchases. For example, you'll get back £20 when you make total purchases of £4K with your Tide card.

Cashback timeline

The moment you upgrade to Max, each of your eligible transactions will start counting towards your monthly cashback.

So that at the end of each month we calculate your cashback and deposit it into your Tide account before the 21st day of the month.

We count each of your transactions towards the month it's made. For example, you'll receive cashback for all your eligible August 2025 payments in September 2025.

  • If you make a transaction at the end of the month, but we deduct the payment from your account in the next month, you would receive cashback in multiple installments

Transactions that count

If your Tide Max plan is active, then your local or international, in-person or online transactions could count for cashback. Genuine card purchases and payments for goods and services are eligible for cashback.

Cashback limitations

Cashback has no cap – the more you use your Tide Card, the more you'll earn. Just keep in mind that your accounts could have spending limits.

Manage your cashback

Access your Rewards Hub

View your cashback offers in the Rewards Hub, which you can access from various spaces. In your app, tap:

  • Your initials in the top-left corner > Rewards

  • Accounts or your specific card > Rewards in the top right

View your current cashback

Once cashback is paid out to you, you'll receive an in-app notification, which will also include the invoice. You can also view how much cashback you earned from: Rewards > Rewards history.

You can upgrade your plan from:

  • Your Tide app, tap: Upgrade in the top-left corner of the app > select Max > choose if you'd like to pay for it monthly or annually > read and agree to the terms and conditions

  • On the web, click: Tools & Services > Memberships > Upgrade > choose if you'd like to pay for it monthly or annually > read and agree to the terms and conditions

Get in touch with us

If you haven’t received cashback for eligible purchases by the 21st day of the month, contact our team:

  • Tap the Support icon in the top right corner > Messages > explain your concerns

  • Call us if call support is included in your plan

Incorrect cashback payments

If we find out that any cashback has been deposited or calculated incorrectly, we reserve the right to reclaim or deduct payments from your Tide account, including those relating to returns, exchanges or chargebacks made on your Tide account.
