From here, tap Profile & Settings > Login & Security > Mobile permissions > toggle Phone Contact Permissions
If you're on an iPhone, a popup will appear prompting you to allow Caller ID to access your contacts > tap OK > choose Selected Contacts or Allow Full Access*
If you're on Android, simple tap Allow, when the popup asks for access to your contacts*
Caller ID is now turned on, and genuine Tide calls will show on your phone with a blue screen, the name 'Tide', and our official logo
