Everything you need to build, manage, and launch your website is right at your fingertips. See which key navigations you can find in the top bar of the Website Builder:

  • Main menu: Switch to other tabs or access Site Settings

  • Add content: Add sections or widgets by choosing from layout options

  • Design: Select a preset style or customise your site’s colours and fonts

  • Pages tab: Manage your pages - add, delete, or edit settings, and add custom scripts

  • Publish: Confirm and push any changes to your website

Step 1: Create your website's pages and folders

Adding a page

A page is just a part of your website with its own content and link – for example, your homepage, contact page, or menu page.

To add a page, go to Pages Panel > Click the Red '+' button > Select New Page > Enter title > Click Done.

Cloning a page:

Cloning is useful when you want to build a similar page without starting from scratch.

Click the Ellipsis icon (︙) next to the page > Select Clone Page.

Creating a folder:

A folder is where you keep related pages together, helping everything on your website stay organised.

To create a folder, go to Pages Panel > Click the Red '+' button > Select New Folder > Enter title > Click Done. Folders will appear in the navigation menu of your website.

Step 2: Add sections to your website

A section is a pre-designed row that holds content like text and images, making it easy to build and structure your page without starting from scratch.

To add a section to your page:

  1. Go to the Add Content tab at the top

  2. Select Add Content from the drop-down menu

  3. Choose one of the green highlighted rows where you want to add the section

  4. On the left, select a content category

  5. Pick the section you want and you'll see it in the selected row

Step 3: Add widgets to your website

Widgets are individual elements like calendars, search bars, or live chat tools. You can simply drag and drop them onto your pages.

To add a widget:

  1. Click Add content at the top

  2. Select Add widget from the drop-down menu, and you'll see the widgets panel on the left

  3. Browse the widgets

  4. Drag and drop your selected widget onto the page, and green overlays will show where the widget can be placed

To edit a widget:

Click on the widget on your page to open the settings panel.

Embed a widget

An embed widget lets you add content from other platforms, like YouTube videos or Google Maps, directly onto your page by pasting a link or embed code. To add an embed widget, click on:

  1. Add Content at the top

  2. Then click Embed and drag your widget to the page

  3. Click to edit the code and paste the new one

  4. Save and it's done

Add site-wide and page-specific code

Add site-wide and page-specific code

Site-wide code:

Site-wide code is code that runs on every page of your website, like Google Analytics tracking or a live chat widget.

To add site-wide code, go to: Pages Panel > Site Scripts > Choose Head Scripts or Body Scripts > Paste code > Save.

Page-specific code:

Page-specific code only runs on one particular page - for example, a custom script for a contact form on your Contact page.

To add page-specific code, go to: Pages Panel > Click Ellipsis icon (︙) > Edit Page Scripts > Choose Head Scripts or Body Scripts > Paste code > Save.

Step 4: Rearrange the content

You can easily move sections or widgets to change how they're laid out.

To move a section:

  1. Click the 'arrow' icons to the right of the section

  2. Click the up arrow to move the section higher, or the down arrow to move it lower Note: You can’t move sections above the header or below the footer.

To move a widget:

  1. Hover over the widget and click the green handlebar

  2. Drag the widget to your new position and release it

Step 5: Remove unwanted sections or widgets easily.

To delete a section:

  1. Hover over a section until the bin icon appears on the right-hand side

  2. Click the bin icon to delete it. You will need to confirm first, as this action cannot be undone

To delete a widget:

  1. Hover over the widget

  2. Click the bin icon to remove it (this action also cannot be undone)
