Why can I only open one chat support at a time?

By focusing on one chat, we ensure that your query receives our full and undivided attention.

This allows us to delve deeper into your specific problem, ask more precise questions, and find a faster solution. It avoids confusion and ensures that your issue is dealt with efficiently, without details getting lost in multiple parallel conversations.

You can still raise a fraud query anytime by tapping the Support icon in the top-right > Report Fraud.

Your email and phone support is also unaffected.
