Terms and Conditions for the Free ATM Withdrawal
Offer Details:
- This offer will begin on 22 November 2024 and will end on 30 November 2024 (both dates inclusive).
- This offer is available to select members only. We will reach out to the eligible members on call, email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the Tide app.
- If the first debit from your Tide Expense Card is an ATM withdrawal, the ATM withdrawal fee of Twenty-Eight Rupees (INR 28) will be refunded to you.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for offer, you must:
- Make your first ATM withdrawal on a calendar day within the offer period using your Tide Expense Card. This ATM withdrawal must be the first debit transaction on your Tide Expense Card.
- Ensure the transactions are for personal use and not for business purposes.
Other Applicable Terms:
- These offer terms and conditions are to be read together with the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions. Members who are not compliant with those terms will be disqualified from this offer.
- This offer, the eligibility criteria, disqualification criteria, validity criteria for transactions, rewards and any other terms can be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled, in part or in full, at any time, in our sole discretion, without any intimation.
- This offer is only valid once per member and no member will be eligible to win more than once under this offer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion.
- We consider the date on which money is deducted from your PPI (linked with your Tide Expense Card) as the date of the transaction.
- Refund/cashback will be credited in the prepaid payment instrument (PPI) associated with the eligible members’ Tide Expense Card. We aim to make the cashback payment within sixty (60) days from the last date of the offer period.
- Only genuine transactions will count towards eligibility for this offer. A transaction will not count towards the eligibility for this offer if: (a) you cancel or reverse the transaction; (b) the transaction is invalidated or refunded or fails to go through; (c) you dispute the transaction; (d) the transaction is not made during the offer period; (f);the transaction is not valid or appears to be suspicious or fraudulent or done with an intent to abuse the process or for wrongful gain to any member or wrongful loss to Tide.
