HUKD Promo Terms and Conditions

  • The term “Referrer” (HUKD) shall apply to an existing Tide publisher that has received permission from Tide to promote a promotional code to its members.
  • The term “Referee” shall apply to a person invited by a Referrer using their personal referrer code, to join Tide.

Eligibility of the Referrer

  • The Referrer shall be an existing Tide publisher.

Eligibility of a Referee

  • To be eligible to participate as a Referee, you must
    • not have an existing account with Tide;

How to use a referral code

  • The Referrer is required to provide the Referee with their unique code that is promoted through their website or app.
  • The Referee is required to either enter their referral code;
    • Online or In the Tide app via https://www.tide.co/offers/hukd/, this can be done when completing the sign-up process for a business account
    • Or by letting us know through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening an account

Requirements for reward

  • The Referee must:
    • Register for a Tide business current account
    • Completed all necessary steps to sign up for a Tide account;
    • Have used the Referrers referral code when completing the sign-up process for a business current account with Tide
    • Meet all eligibility requirements for signing up for a Tide account and have been approved for a Tide account;

Reward

  • If a Referee is invited by more than one Referrer to Tide, any rewards will be given to the Referrer whose code was used by the Referee.
  • Referees who successfully open an account via a Referrer’s code will be eligible for seasonal rewards and promotions.
  • It can take 6-8 weeks for this to be validated and the reward to be transferred/activated.

  • Offer runs from 18th July – 31st December 2022 (inclusive). Subject to change.
  • We encourage participants to check these terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the terms and to withdraw referral schemes and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer.
  • A Referrer must use the promotion as intended by Tide and must not use their referral code as a means to generate income or business
