First Tide Rewards Pass Subscription is on us!

Eligibility

• The Offer is open to members who are first time subscribers of the Rewards Pass and/or Rewards Pass Plus only. We will reach out to the eligible members on call, email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the Tide app. 

Offer Details and how it works?

• These Plan Benefits are valid from the 1st of the month and will end on the last date of the month (both dates inclusive) (the "Plan Duration").

• The offer is only valid for first time subscribers of Rewards Pass and/or Rewards Pass Plus offered on the Tide application.

• We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel this Offer or these Terms at any time.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Reward will be credited in the PPI associated with the eligible members’ Tide Expense Card. We aim to make the reward payment: (a) to the eligible Member, within Sixty (60) calendar days from the date the eligibility criteria for reward specified above is met.

• These offer terms and conditions are to be read together with the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions, Tide Membership Terms and Conditions and Tide Expense Cards Terms and Conditions. Any reward you are eligible for as a subscriber of the Rewards Pass will be governed by Tide Paid Plans Terms and Conditions and the reward terms can be found here. Those terms are incorporated here by reference and form an integral part of these Terms. Members who are not compliant with those terms will be disqualified from this Offer. With respect to this Offer, any conflict between these Terms and any other Terms & Conditions of Tide, these Terms will prevail.

• If your Tide Expense Card is cancelled or withdrawn, or if the PPI associated with your Tide Expense Card is terminated or suspended, any rewards earned under this offer (which are yet to be delivered) will be deemed forfeited.

• If we find that rewards have been delivered to you incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel or set off such erroneously delivered rewards against any sums we owe you, subject to applicable law. We also reserve the right to withhold or forfeit any rewards we believe have been earned fraudulently.

• This offer is being made on a “best effort” basis and participation in this offer is voluntary. By participating in this offer, you agree to release from liability, and hold harmless us, and any of our affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to us and our services/products. This release is for all liability arising out of, or in connection with this offer, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence.

• Our decision as to the rewards and any associated computation will be final and binding. For any concerns about the rewards, you may reach out to us using the support option in the Tide application.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms. We reserve the right to disqualify any member who is found: (a) to not meet the Offer requirements; (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of an Offer; (c) acting in violation of these Terms; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to abuse, cause wrongful loss, defraud, threaten or harass any person.

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Further, you can only participate in this Offer once.
