EMSME Offer Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the EMSME Offer (the "Offer") provided by Tide Platform Private Limited ("Company" or “we” or “us” or “our”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

• The Offer is open to select members only. We will reach out to the eligible members on call, email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the Tide app. 

• Please also read the terms specified under the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions,  Tide Membership Terms and Conditions and Tide Expense Cards Terms and Conditions which apply to our offers.

Offer Details

• The Offer is valid from 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Jan 2026 (the "Offer Period").

• Purchase a qualifying service listed below from EMSME by clicking the designated link or button within the Tide app, which will redirect you to the EMSME website. Purchases made directly on the EMSME website without being redirected from the Tide app are not eligible for this Offer.

Other Terms and Conditions

• These offer terms and conditions are to be read together with the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions, Tide Membership Terms and Conditions and Tide Expense Cards Terms and Conditions. Those terms are incorporated here by reference and form an integral part of these Terms. Members who are not compliant with those terms will be disqualified from this Offer. With respect to this Offer, any conflict between these Terms and any other Terms & Conditions of Tide, these Terms will prevail.

• Only successful and verified purchases of an eligible service will count towards eligibility for this Offer. 

• Tide is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent you from being redirected from the Tide app to the EMSME website.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms.We reserve the right to disqualify any member who is found: (a) to not meet the Offer requirements; (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of an Offer; (c) acting in violation of these Terms; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to abuse, cause wrongful loss, defraud, threaten or harass any person.

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Only one cashback is permitted per member per qualifying service. If you purchase the same service multiple times, you will only be eligible for cashback on the first purchase.

• We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel this Offer or these Terms at any time.
