IPL Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the IPL Social Media Giveaway offer (the "Offer") provided by Tide Platform Private Limited ("Company" or “we” or “us” or “our”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

• The Offer is open to anyone participating from an active and genuine personal Instagram account. 

• Please also read the terms specified under the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions which apply to our offers.

Offer Details

• The Offer is valid from 28 Mar 2026 to 12 Apr 2026 (the "Offer Period").

• You can participate on all posts with #MatchDayWithTide on our official handle.

• Comments with highest engagement will be decided by the sum of likes and replies on a comment during the Offer Period. 

• Only replies and likes from genuine Instagram accounts as per our verifications will be counted for calculating engagement on your comments. 

• Rewards will be announced on Tide Business India's official handle on 13 April 2026.

• If you’re eligible for a reward, we will reach out to you via DM. To receive the reward: (a) you must respond to us within 3 days from the date we reach out to you and share any additional information required by us. If you fail to do so, you will be deemed to have forfeited your chance to claim the reward.

• If you do not avail or fail to claim the reward, the reward will lapse. Rewards are not transferable to another individual.

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other Tide offer or promotion. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel this Offer or these Terms at any time.

Other Terms and Conditions

• These offer terms and conditions are to be read together with the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions. Those terms are incorporated here by reference and form an integral part of these Terms. Members who are not compliant with those terms will be disqualified from this Offer. 

• You acknowledge and agree to us processing your personal data (like name, email ID etc.) for the purpose of operating and reaching out to you about this Offer. For more information, please read Tide’s general Privacy Policy available at www.tide.co/en-in/privacy.

• In the event of a tie for the final qualifying position, the participant whose next comment with highest engagement among the tied group will be deemed to be eligible for the Offer. If a tie persists after evaluating the second comment, the process will repeat for the third, fourth, and subsequent comment until a winner is determined. In the event that all tied participants have no subsequent comments to evaluate, or if a tie persists after evaluating all available comments, the participant who posted their first qualifying comment earliest will be deemed to be eligible.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms.We reserve the right to disqualify any member who is found: (a) to not meet the Offer requirements; (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of an Offer; (c) acting in violation of these Terms; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to abuse, cause wrongful loss, defraud, threaten or harass any person.
