Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Bill Payment Offer offer (the "Offer") provided by Tide Platform Private Limited ("Company" or “we” or “us” or “our”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
The Offer is open to select members only. We will reach out to the eligible members on call, email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the Tide app.
Please also read the terms specified under the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions, Tide Membership Terms and Conditions and Tide Expense Cards Terms and Conditions which apply to our offers.
Offer Details
The Offer is valid from 8 Dec 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (the "Offer Period").

Members who have signed up on the Tide app in the month of December, 2025 are not eligible for this Offer |
Other Terms and Conditions
We consider the date on which the bill payment transaction is successfully processed as the date of the transaction.
These offer terms and conditions are to be read together with the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions, Tide Membership Terms and Conditions and Tide Expense Cards Terms and Conditions. Those terms are incorporated here by reference and form an integral part of these Terms. Members who are not compliant with those terms will be disqualified from this Offer. With respect to this Offer, any conflict between these Terms and any other Terms & Conditions of Tide, these Terms will prevail.
Only genuine transactions will count towards eligibility for this Offer. A transaction will not count towards the eligibility for this Offer if: (a) you cancel or reverse the transaction; (b) the transaction is invalidated or fails to go through; (c) the transaction is not made during the Offer Period; or (d) the transaction is not valid or appears to be suspicious or fraudulent or done with an intent to abuse the process or for wrongful gain to any member or wrongful loss to us.
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms.We reserve the right to disqualify any member who is found: (a) to not meet the Offer requirements; (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of an Offer; (c) acting in violation of these Terms; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to abuse, cause wrongful loss, defraud, threaten or harass any person.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Further, you can only participate in this Offer once.
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel this Offer or these Terms at any time.
