Tide Holi Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Tide Holi Giveaway (the "Offer") provided by Tide Platform Private Limited ("Company" or “we” or “us” or “our”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

Please read the eligibility criteria under Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions, which apply to all our offers.

Offer Details

• The Offer is valid from 1 Mar 2026 to 5 Mar 2026 (the "Offer Period").

• The first 10 Instagram handles sending the screenshot to us will be determined based on the timestamp of receipt in direct messages in our official handle. We reserve the sole right to verify and select the qualifying participants. 

• All Instagram accounts participating in this Offer and Instagram handles tagged in the comments shall be genuine and active profiles. If we’re unable to ascertain the identity of the person operating the account, we will disqualify such an account from the Offer. This includes accounts operated by bots, under aliases or under fake names.

• Rewards will be announced on Tide Business India's official handle on 06 March 2026.

• If you’re eligible for a reward, we will reach out to you via DM. To receive the reward: (a) you must respond to us within 3 days from the date we reach out to you and share any additional information required by us. If you fail to do so, you will be deemed to have forfeited your chance to claim the reward. 

• If you do not avail or fail to claim the reward, the reward will lapse. Rewards are not transferable to another individual. 

• The Offer is discretionary. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel this Offer or these Terms at any time in our sole discretion, without any intimation.

Other Terms and Conditions

• These Terms are to be read together with the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions. Those are incorporated here by reference and form an integral part of these Terms. Participants who are not compliant with those terms will be disqualified from this Offer. 

• You acknowledge and agree to us processing your personal data (like name, email ID etc.) for the purpose of operating and reaching out to you about this Offer. For more information, please read Tide’s general Privacy Policy available at www.tide.co/en-in/privacy.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who is found: (a) to not meet the Offer requirements; (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of an Offer; (c) acting in violation of these Terms; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to abuse, cause wrongful loss, defraud, threaten or harass any person.

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other Tide offer or promotion. Further, you can only participate in this Offer once.

• This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or with Instagram. You hereby release them from any and all liability associated with this Offer.
