Rewards Pass Milestone Benefits Terms and Conditions
Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Rewards Pass Milestone Benefits offer (the "Offer") provided by Tide Platform Private Limited ("Company" or “we” or “us” or “our”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. Eligibility
The Offer is open to the holders of Tide Reward Pass only.
Please also read the terms specified under the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions, Paid Plans Terms and Conditions, Tide Membership Terms and Conditions and Tide Expense Cards Terms and Conditions which apply to our offers.
Offer Details The Offer is valid from the 1st of each month and will end on the last date of each month (both dates inclusive) (the "Offer Period").

We retain the right to periodically update the list of excluded categories.
We determine cashback eligibility based on the Merchant Category Code (MCC). We do not control or have the ability to change a merchant's MCC. Consequently, a transaction may appear eligible for a reward based on the product or service sold, but it may not be eligible due to the assigned MCC.
In case of a tie (where two or more members spend the same amount) for the top spender category of this Offer, such members will be required to answer qualifying skill-based questions correctly within the given time period using the link we share. The member first in time to answer the questions correctly will be eligible to claim the reward. For example, if 10 members have spent the same amounts during the Offer Period, the member who answers the qualifying skill-based question first in time will be eligible to claim the reward. The timestamps of responses will be used to determine the time of answering the qualifying question. If you do not respond within the given time period, or answer any question incorrectly, you will not be eligible to claim the reward.
Other Important Points
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel this Offer or these Terms at any time.
Cashback offers on Rewards Pass may change month on month and we request you to carefully read the cashback terms for the month in which you are transacting. Cashback benefit will be calculated based on the date you subscribe to the Rewards Pass:
(a) if you subscribe on or before the 14th day of the calendar month, all transactions made in the entire calendar month in which the Rewards Pass is purchased will be considered towards cashback. For example, if a Rewards Pass is purchased on the 10th of a month, the Rewards Pass will remain valid until the last day of the month (30th/31st) and all transactions made in such month (starting from the 1st of the month) would be considered towards calculation of cashback for such month.
(b) if you subscribe on or after the 15th day of the calendar month, only the transactions made after you subscribe to the Rewards Pass will be considered towards cashback. For example, if a Rewards Pass is purchased on the 18th of a month, the Rewards Pass will remain valid until the last day of the month (30th/31st) and only the transactions made on or after the 18th of month would be considered towards calculation of cashback for such month.
Other Terms and Conditions
These offer terms and conditions are to be read together with the Tide Offers General Terms and Conditions, Tide Membership Terms and Conditions and Tide Expense Cards Terms and Conditions. Any reward you are eligible for as a subscriber of the Rewards Pass will be governed by Tide Paid Plans Terms and Conditions. Those terms are incorporated here by reference and form an integral part of these Terms. Members who are not compliant with those terms will be disqualified from this Offer. With respect to this Offer, any conflict between these Terms and any other terms & conditions of Tide, these Terms will prevail.
We consider the date on which money is deducted from your PPI (linked with your Tide Expense Card) as the date of the transaction.
Only genuine transactions will count towards eligibility for this Offer. A transaction will not count towards the eligibility for this offer if: (a) you cancel or reverse the transaction; (b) the transaction is invalidated or refunded or fails to go through; (c) the merchant or you dispute the transaction; (d) the transaction is made to load/fund your PPI associated with the Tide Expense Card; (e) the transaction is not made during the Offer Period; (g) the transaction is a cash withdrawal from an ATM; (h) the transaction is not valid or appears to be suspicious or fraudulent or done with an intent to abuse the process or for wrongful gain to any member or wrongful loss to Tide; or (i) the transaction is made towards a purchase of prohibited goods or services.
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms.We reserve the right to disqualify any member who is found: (a) to not meet the Offer requirements; (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of an Offer; (c) acting in violation of these Terms; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to abuse, cause wrongful loss, defraud, threaten or harass any person.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Further, you can only participate in this Offer once.
