The OTP can be retriggered using the ‘Resend OTP’ option upon expiration. However, a member must ensure that –
1. They’re in an area with good connectivity
2. The mobile number entered is correct and in working condition
3. The number/SIM is handy
4. There’s enough balance to receive an SMS.
