Transaction Reward Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is available to select members only. We will reach out to the eligible members on call, email, SMS or through the Tide app. The Offer is only valid once per member and no member will be eligible to participate in the Offer twice.

2. To be eligible to receive the Amazon gift card, you must: (a) Spend INR 100 to receive amazon gift card worth INR 100 ; (b) be compliant with the Tide Membership Terms. Members who meet the eligibility criteria will receive an INR 100 Amazon gift card. The gift card will be sent to your email ID registered with us. Note that it may take up to six (6) weeks for the gift card to arrive in your email.

3. Additional terms may apply to the redemption of the Amazon gift cards (including Amazon’s own terms). We advise you to review all information included with your Amazon gift card. If you avail of your Amazon gift card, Amazon will process your personal data (as a data controller separate from us) in line with its privacy policy.

4. Our decision with regard to the Offer and any dispute relating to it will be final and binding on all participants. We reserve the right to modify these terms or withdraw the Offer at any time.

5. You understand that we do not issue Amazon gift cards. Accordingly, we are not responsible for any issues relating to their use, redemption, limitations, or unavailability. We give no warranty of any kind nor accept any liability in connection with the Amazon gift cards distributed as part of the Offer.

6. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion.

7. The Offer and these terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad will have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
