Where can I use my Tide Benefit Card?

You can use your card at any merchant outlet or online platform that accepts RuPay cards, subject to your available wallet balances:

  • Food Wallet: Restaurants, fast food outlets, grocery stores, food delivery apps (Swiggy/Zomato), etc.

  • Fuel Wallet: Petrol pumps and fuel stations.

  • Telecom Wallet: Mobile recharge, internet bill payments, and other bill payments to telecom service providers.

  • Note: The transaction will be approved only if the merchant's category code (MCC) matches the specific benefit wallet you are trying to use.
