Is PAN and GSTIN mandatory for UDYAM Registration?

A valid PAN is compulsory for  Udyam Registration. However, GSTIN is required only if your business is liable to register under GST law.

If your business is not required to obtain GST registration (for example, turnover below the GST threshold or exempted activities), then GSTIN is not mandatory for Udyam Registration.
