  1. Offer Details
    1. This offer will be valid only on match dates i.e. 5th, 9th, 12th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 24th and 27th June2024.
    2. This offer is available to select members only. We will reach out to the eligible members on call, email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the Tide app.
    3. As part of this offer, five (5) Tide member can get a ₹1000* cashback upon loading money in their wallet/prepaid payment instrument (PPI) which meet the eligibility criteria for this offer.

    Eligibility

    1. To be eligible to earn ₹1000 cashback, you must: (a) load at least One Lakh Rupees (INR 1,00,000) on a calendar day falling within the offer period to the PPI linked with your Tide Expense Card; and (b) load the highest amount (out of all participating Tide members) on such calendar day.  
    2. In case of a tie (where two or more members load the same amount), such members will be required to answer qualifying skill-based questions correctly within the given time period using the link we share. The member first in time to answer the questions correctly will be eligible to claim the reward – ₹1000 cashback. The timestamps of responses will be used to determine the time of answering the qualifying question. If you do not respond within the given time period, or answer any question incorrectly, you will be disqualified from the offer. 

    Other Applicable Terms

    1. These offer terms and conditions are to be read together with the Tide Membership Terms and the Tide Rewards Terms and Conditions. Members who are not compliant with those terms will be disqualified from this offer.   
    2. This offer, the eligibility criteria, disqualification criteria, validity criteria for transactions, rewards and any other terms can be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled, in part or in full, at any time, in our sole discretion, without any intimation.
    3. This offer is only valid once per member and no member will be eligible to win more than once under this offer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion.
    4. A maximum of 5 Members will get ₹1000 cashback as part of this offer.  
    5. We consider the date on which money is debited from your payment instrument to load your PPI as the date of the transaction.
    6. If your Tide Expense Card is cancelled or withdrawn, or if the PPI associated with your Tide Expense Card is terminated or suspended, the reward earned under this offer (which are yet to be delivered) will be deemed forfeited.
    7. Members who meet the eligibility criteria and have followed the instructions in our email can receive a reward of INR 1000. Cashback will be credited in the eligible members’ PPI. We aim to make the cashback payment within forty five (45) working days from the last date of the offer period.
    8. If cashback cannot be credited to PPIs for any reason, we reserve the right to offer the eligible members Amazon gift cards of amounts equal to the cashback they’re eligible for. Gift cards will be sent to your email ID registered with us. Note that it may take up to thirty (30) days after the completion of the offer period for your gift card to arrive in your email. In case you receive the reward in the form of an Amazon gift card, please note that additional terms may apply to the redemption of the Amazon gift cards (including Amazon’s own terms). We advise you to review all information included with your Amazon gift card. If you avail of your Amazon gift card, Amazon will process your personal data (as a data fiduciary separate from us) in line with its privacy policy. You understand that we do not issue Amazon gift cards. Accordingly, we are not responsible for any issues relating to their use, redemption, limitations, or unavailability. We give no warranty of any kind nor accept any liability in connection with the Amazon gift cards distributed as part of the offer.
    9. Only genuine transactions will count towards eligibility for this offer. A transaction will not count towards the eligibility for this offer if: (a) you cancel or reverse the transaction; (b) the transaction is invalidated or fails to go through; (c) the transaction is not made during the offer period; or (d) the transaction is not valid or appears to be suspicious or fraudulent or done with an intent to abuse the process or for wrongful gain to any member or wrongful loss to Tide.
    10. If we find that the reward has been delivered to you incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel or set off such erroneously delivered reward against any sums we owe you, subject to applicable law. We also reserve the right to withhold or forfeit a reward we believe has been earned fraudulently.
    11. This offer is being made on a ‘best efforts’ basis and participation in this offer is voluntary. By participating in this offer, you agree to release from liability, and hold harmless us, and any of our affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to us and our services/products. This release is for all liability arising out of, or in connection with this offer, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence.
    12. Our decision as to the reward and any associated computation will be final and binding. For any disputes about the reward, you must reach out to us at indiasupport@tide.co within thirty (30) days from the last date of the offer.
