Offer Terms: 

  1. This offer will commence on 1 August 2023 and will end on 31 August 2023 (both dates inclusive). The winners of this offer will be announced on 10 September 2023.
  2. To be eligible for the ‘Chance to Win’ category of this offer, you must cumulatively spend at least Ten Thousand Rupees (INR 10,000) during the offer period using your Tide Expense Card. The highest spenders during the offer period will have a chance to claim prizes specified in the table above. Where two or more eligible members spend the same amounts using their Tide Expense Card, the winners will be selected using a random draw.
  3. To be eligible for the ‘Assured Win’ category of this offer, you must spend at least Five Lakh Rupees (INR 5,00,000) during the offer period using your Tide Expense Card. First hundred (100) members who If you meet this criterion , you will be eligible to claim the prize specified in the table above.
  4. You can only claim one (1) prize as part of this offer. So, if you claim a prize under the ‘Chance to Win’ category, you cannot additionally claim a prize under the ‘Assured Win’ category. If a winner of the ‘Chance to Win’ category features in the list of first hundred (100) members to meet the eligibility criteria for the ‘Assured Win’ category, such member will be omitted and the next eligible member (in order of time) will be eligible to claim the prize.
  5. Any transactions which are reversed or cancelled by you or a merchant will be excluded from the total eligible spends. Similarly, any transactions you dispute will also be excluded from the total eligible spends.
  6. Winners will receive an email from us informing them about their win. To claim the prize, winners must follow the instructions in our email and (a) provide any additional information required by us; and (b) pay us the applicable amount of tax to be deducted on the prize, in light of applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. If the winners fail to claim the prize as per our email within 7 (seven) business days from the date of the email, the winners will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim the prize. For the ‘Chance to Win’ category, the next eligible winner chosen using a random draw will be eligible to claim the prize.
  7. Once the winners claim their prize (as per clause 6 above), the prize will be delivered to their address registered with us, within ninety (90) days from the date on which they claim the prize. We wish to ensure that all prizes are delivered to the right address. Thus, we may call the winners on their mobile numbers registered with us to verify their address before dispatching the prize. If a winner would like the prize to be delivered to an alternate address (i.e. an address not registered with us), we may conduct additional due diligence of the details submitted, as per our internal processes and procedures, to our satisfaction. In such cases, the delivery of prizes may take longer than the aforesaid 90 (ninety) day period. You agree to not hold us, our directors, officers, employees, or service providers, responsible for any delays in delivery of prizes caused due to events beyond our reasonable control.
  8. Any graphics of the prize, as depicted in any communication regarding this offer, are for representation purposes only. The actual prize may differ in colour and appearance. In circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute the prize with a similar alternative prize of equal value, or with cashback or gift vouchers at our sole discretion. If you win a prize, you cannot transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.
  9. Residents of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  10. We are not responsible for: (a) any error in the operation of the offer, including for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind; (b) any inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; (c) any lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, unintelligible or inaccurate participation information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or program associated with or utilized in the offer, or by any technical or human error while processing the offer; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the offer; or (e) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the offer.
