Offer Terms:

1. The offer will commence on 04 July 2023 and shall end on 31 July 2023 (both dates inclusive).

2. To be eligible for this offer, you must cumulatively spend at least INR Ten Thousand Rupees (INR 10,000) between the offer dates using your Tide Expense Card. Any transactions which are reversed or cancelled by you or a merchant will be excluded from the total eligible spends. Similarly, any transactions you dispute will also be excluded from the total eligible spends.

3. Where two or more eligible members spend the same amounts using their Tide Expense Card, the winners will be selected on a random basis using a random draw.

4. Winners will receive an email from us informing them about their win. To claim the prize, winners must follow the instructions in our email and (a) provide any additional information required by us; and (b) pay us the applicable amount of tax to be deducted on the prize, in light of applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. If the winners fail to claim the prize as per our email within 7 (seven) business days from the date of the email, the winners will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim the prize. Consequently, the next eligible winner chosen using a random draw will be eligible to claim the prize.

5. Any graphics of the prize, as depicted in any communication regarding this offer, are for representation purposes only. The actual prize may differ in colour and appearance. In circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute the prize with a similar alternative prize of equal value, or with cashback or gift vouchers at our sole discretion. If you win a prize, you cannot transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.

6. Residents of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in this offer.

7. Subject to the winner claiming the prize within the given time period, the prize will be dispatched/delivered to the winner to the registered address with us, within ninety (90) days of the announcement of all winners. We wish to ensure that all prizes are delivered to the right address and thus, delivery/dispatch of the prize shall be subject to a verification call on the registered mobile nos. of the eligible winners. In case you want delivery/dispatch of the prize to an address not registered with us, you understand and agree that unregistered addresses will be subject to due diligence/checks that we may conduct as per our internal processes and procedures, to our satisfaction. In such cases, we cannot guarantee the delivery within the aforesaid 90 (ninety) day period and there may be delays beyond our control. You agree and understand that you will not hold us, our directors, officers, employees and/or service providers, responsible for any delays caused which are beyond our control.
