How can I update my limit?

At the moment, you can only update the following limits:

  •  Transaction limit

  • Monthly transfer limits

  • Daily transfer limit

The following limits cannot be increased:

  • New Payee limits

  • Card transaction limits

To request a limit increase or decrease directly from the Tide app, go to ‘Payments’ > ‘Details’ > ‘Account Limits’ and tap ‘Request change'.

We’ll review your limit request, and once we have an outcome, we’ll share it with you in the in-app chat.
