Comment fermer un compte professionnel supplémentaire ?

Pour fermer un compte professionnel supplémentaire, rendez-vous dans Assistance depuis l'application. Notre équipe vous accompagnera dans la démarche.

Avant de demander la fermeture du compte, veillez à :

  • télécharger tous les relevés de compte dont vous pourriez avoir besoin ;

  • ramener le solde du compte à 0 €.

Important : si votre compte supplémentaire est facturé, vous devez demander sa fermeture avant la fin du mois en cours. Si le compte est fermé le 1er du mois suivant ou après cette date, les frais du mois concerné seront facturés.
