What can I do if my clients have problems with signup or their Tide business account in general?

Upon becoming a Tide partner, we will send you our troubleshooting guidelines. You can share those with your clients, in case they are having issues with the registration or using their Tide business account.

Tide Platform SAS (Tide) designs and operates the Tide website and app. Tide is neither a bank nor a credit institution. Tide Platform SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered in France under SIREN 941 999 567, with its registered office at 5th Floor, 33 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Tide Platform SAS is registered with ORIAS under number 25004523 as a non-exclusive banking and payment services intermediary (mandataire non exclusif – IOBSP), and as a mandated credit intermediary (MIOBSP). Business accounts are provided by Adyen N.V., a licensed credit institution supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Eligible deposits are protected up to €100,000 under the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme (DGS) in accordance with Directive 2014/49/EU. The conditions of providing funding and eligibility criteria vary from one partner to another.
