A direct debit is a convenient payment method where you authorize a recipient to automatically withdraw funds from your Tide business account. You can use it to pay your bills, rent, or taxes automatically.
You can set up and schedule multiple direct debits. In the app, navigate to "Send Money" → "Add" → enter the recipient's name and IBAN → "Add recipient". Afterward, you can specify the amount and, if needed, schedule the payments.
SEPA direct debits can only be set up in Euro via our SEPA Core Direct Debit scheme, which allows funds to be collected from your Tide business account. We do not currently support the SEPA B2B Direct Debit scheme.
For direct debits to banks other than Tide, a fee of 20 cents per transaction applies (the first 5 transfers per month are free).
