Tide issues new cards with your company name, which you provided during the registration process and verified in the app.
If your company name is missing from the card, this means that either you haven’t provided a trading name during the onboarding or the trading name is the same as your personal name. In those cases we do not print a company name additionally.
Furthermore, your trading name needs to be verified. Please click on your Profile->Business details->Trading name to get it verified. After the trading name is verified on our end, you can cancel and reissue the card for free.
