Members on our Free plan will be charged a fee of 1% of the transaction amount, for card payments and ATM withdrawals in other currencies.
Members on Tide Smart will not receive currency exchange fees.

Currency exchange fees apply to your Tide card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for:
In-store and online purchases in non-EURO currencies
ATM withdrawals (in addition to our 2 EUR fee for cash withdrawals; some ATMs may also charge an extra, separate fee for using the machine)
Important: When you use your Tide card to pay in other currencies online or abroad, Mastercard's exchange rate will apply.
Mastercard sets their own exchange rate, and this may be different to the one set by the European Central Bank.
Mastercard’s exchange rate is applied at the moment the payment clears, so it may not be the same as what you saw when authorising the transaction.
