How do I close an additional account?

To close an additional account, tap ‘Support’ in the app and we’ll help you.

Before you request an account closure, make sure you’ve downloaded your statements, and that the account balance is 0.  Important: If you’re paying for an additional account and want to close it, you’ll need to do this before the end of the current month. If you close the account on or after the 1st of the following month, we’ll collect the monthly fee for that month.
