How do I recover my account if I have a new mobile phone or reinstall the Tide app?

To restore your account, we briefly need to verify your identity for security purposes. If you're transferring your apps to a new smartphone, you'll need to delete and then reinstall the Tide app. For security reasons, it's not possible to sign in with your security code on a restored version of the app. To restore your account, open the app and tap ‘Sign in’ at the bottom of the screen. Then enter your email address and follow the instructions.
