Lost or Stolen Phone

How would I contact Member Support if I lose my phone?

In the event of loss or theft of your device, please contact our emergency hotline immediately at +49 30 31196365. We are available from Monday to Friday, 06:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Outside of these hours, you can reach our English-speaking support team via the same phone number.

Our team of experts will secure your business account to prevent fraudsters from accessing your finances or data.

For Android devices: Using the Android Device Manager, you can remotely lock and wipe your smartphone. This works as long as your smartphone is switched on and has a data connection. Please note: Google Pay must be set up again on your new device.

For Apple devices: With Apple Pay, every purchase is authorized via Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. These features prevent unauthorized persons from using Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch. You can log into your Apple ID account page or use the 'Find My iPhone' app to suspend or permanently remove the ability to pay from that device via Apple Pay. Your cards will be suspended or removed from Apple Pay even if your device is offline and not connected to a cellular or Wi-Fi network."
