You can only add EUR when using the ‘Easy Bank Transfer’ feature. Your other bank account must be a German one, set up in EUR currency only.
If you’ve met these two requirements and your ‘Easy Bank Transfer’ transaction is rejected, tap ‘Support’ in the app to speak to us.
