Will I be charged to add money via the "Easy Bank Transfer" feature?

This money transfer is being treated as a regular banking payment. Depending on your plan it is included within your allowance of free transfers a month. On top of it you’ll only pay the standard banking transfer fee (currently 20 Cents) when you add money to your account.

If your Banking Provider usually charges you fees for making payments, you will have to pay those fees to your Banking Provider in the usual way.
